Dr Andrew Woon is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy at London South Bank University, United Kingdom. In addition, he is a member of both the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (UK).With extensive experience in quality assurance in higher education, he currently serves as a field external examiner at the University of the West of England and holds external examiner roles at London Metropolitan University, Teesside University, and Wrexham University.Dr. Woon is also a long-standing columnist for the leading Chinese-language newspaper in Malaysia. He has authored over 350 opinion articles on topics related to politics, leadership, and social issues.

Aarav is also the founder and CEO of the KCP Scholars Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing educational equity and socially impactful business practices. Under his leadership, KCP has developed an AI-powered software platform. This innovative approach has significantly bolstered their Social Innovation Accelerator program, which focuses on growing and improving businesses with a social impact. Alongside his role at the KCP Scholars Fund, Aarav co-founded the Shaanti Teen Mental Health Wellness Initiative where he forges partnerships and spearheads events aimed at reducing stress and promoting happiness among teenagers.
